H.C Building & Construction were engaged to document and construct purpose-built staff accommodation for the Department of Water Resource Management, on Thursday Island in the Torres Straits. The housing is located on Quetta Close, Thursday Island, and is positioned on an uneven block. This project took 11 months to complete. Project Management by Black and More.
