H.C Building & Construction was founded by Heath Christison, who holds dual trades in Carpentry and Cabinet Making. Heath obtained his building licence and worked for many years as Project Manager on commercial, government and residential projects, before making his dream a reality. ‘My dream has always been to train local Indigenous people and make change for a better life.’ Heath is supported by a leadership team of Project Managers, who have more than 45 years combined experience in the construction industry.

Our team has grown over the years, matching the expansion of our business and the requirements of our clients. Today we have more than 67 employees, who work across our network. We deploy to sites across Northern Australia, from Cardwell to Cairns, Karumba to Cape York and across the Torres Strait Islands.
