Police Station – Burketown

H.C Building & Construction were engaged by Queensland Police via QBuild (Department of Energy and Public Works) to design and construct a new Police Station in Burketown. There were many remote challenges to overcome in order to deliver this project. The main project was delivered in 12 months, however, due to intense flooding at the end of 2022 and then reaching a peak in March 2023, the final finishing touches were delayed for months until the area was once again accessible.
